Al Ahly’s attacking midfielder Hussein El Shahaat suffered a bruise injury during the team’s training session, which forced him to leave the team’s training.

The head of Al Ahly’s medical staff, Dr. Ahmed Abu Abla accompanied El Shahaat out of the team’s training as the player underwent several medical tests, in order to evaluate his condition.

Moreover, Abu Abla confirmed that El Shahaat suffered a minor leg injury during the team’s training match and he will be able to participate normally in tomorrow’s training session.

The Red Eagles are currently preparing for Al Ahly’s next game against AS Vita Club, from Congo, on Saturday in the third fixture of the CAF Champions League group stage.
